Ingredients

  • 1/2 white Onion cut up
  • 2 Green Peppers cut up
  • 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms can be omitted
  • 8 oz pasta of choice choose chickpea pasta for higher fiber and protein
  • 1 lb steak cut into small slices

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese use coconut cream for dairy free
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella can be omitted
  • 1 tsp tapioca flour or corn starch
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Onion Powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  • add steak to a large pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté over medium heat until cooked half way
  • Add pasta to boiling water for 8 mins to cook, strain after cooked
  • Add in onion, pepper, and mushrooms to half cooked steak
  • As that is cooking add in ingredients for sauce until melted and well combined with steak and veggie mixture
  • Transfer to a large bowl and add in cooked pasta
  • Mix until well combined
  • Place into four meal prep containers and enjoy throughout the week!
