pasta of choice
choose chickpea pasta for higher fiber and protein

steak cut into small slices
Sauce

Worcester sauce

beef broth

whipped cream cheese
use coconut cream for dairy free

shredded mozzarella
can be omitted

tapioca flour or corn starch

tsp
minced garlic
Onion Powder
Salt

Instructions
add steak to a large pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté over medium heat until cooked half way
Add pasta to boiling water for 8 mins to cook, strain after cooked
Add in onion, pepper, and mushrooms to half cooked steak
As that is cooking add in ingredients for sauce until melted and well combined with steak and veggie mixture
Transfer to a large bowl and add in cooked pasta
Mix until well combined
Place into four meal prep containers and enjoy throughout the week!
