This breakfast is so easy for meal prep and can be taken on the go!

Overnight Oats

Prep Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice (I like blueberries)

Instructions

  • Mash up your banana in a bowl or mason jar with a fork
  • Add your the rest of the ingredients (oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, almond, fruit of choice and cinnamon)
  • Stir ingredients together or shake mason jar to combine ingredients
  • Store in fridge overnight to let ingredeints soak together
  • Take out of fridge the next day and enjoy (I eat mine cold but you can also heat them up in the microwave )
