Ingredients

unsweetened vanilla almond milk

banana

cinnamon

tbsp
nut butter
1
tsp
vanilla extract

tbsp
chia seeds
(optional)

fruit of choice (I like blueberries)
Instructions
Mash up your banana in a bowl or mason jar with a fork
Add your the rest of the ingredients (oats, peanut butter, chia seeds, almond, fruit of choice and cinnamon)
Stir ingredients together or shake mason jar to combine ingredients
Store in fridge overnight to let ingredeints soak together
Take out of fridge the next day and enjoy (I eat mine cold but you can also heat them up in the microwave )
