Chocolate Banana Bread

Gluten and Dairy Free with oat flour

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oat flour blend up oats
  • 1 cup chocolate chips dairy free

Wet ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl mix together wet ingredients.
  • Combine both bowls and mix well
  • Pour mixture into a greased bread pan
  • Bake at 350℉ for 40 minutes
