Banana Bread

Gluten and Diary Free, made with oat and almond flour!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup oat flour oats blended into flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup diary free chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine your flours, bakind soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
  • In a seperate bowl combine your remainding ingredeints (execpt the chocolate chips) and whisk together
  • Mix until thick batter forms and fold in dairy-free chocolate chips (I use the Trader Joes ones)
  • Pour batter into greased bread pan
  • Bake at 350℉ for 40-45 minutes
