Banana Bread
Gluten and Diary Free, made with oat and almond flour!
Ingredients

ripe
bananas
2
eggs
1/3
cup
coconut oil
melted
1/3
cup
coconut sugar
2
tbsp
almond milk
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
cup
oat flour
oats blended into flour
1/2
cup
almond flour
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
cup
diary free chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine your flours, bakind soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
In a seperate bowl combine your remainding ingredeints (execpt the chocolate chips) and whisk together
Mix until thick batter forms and fold in dairy-free chocolate chips (I use the Trader Joes ones)
Pour batter into greased bread pan
Bake at 350℉ for 40-45 minutes
