Homemade Perfect Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1ΒΌ cup oat flour (blended oats)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Add peanut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract and honey to a bowl and mix well
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and stir
  • Press ingredients into the bottom of a parchment lined bread pan
  • Place in freezer for an hour
  • Take out and let thaw for 5 minutes before cutting into bar shapes
