Homemade Perfect Protein Bars
Ingredients

cup
oat flour
(blended oats)
1/4
cup
vanilla protein powder
1/2
cup
peanut butter
1/3
cup
honey
2
tbsp
coconut oil
3/4
cup
mini chocolate chips
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
tsp
salt
Instructions
Add peanut butter, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract and honey to a bowl and mix well
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir
Press ingredients into the bottom of a parchment lined bread pan
Place in freezer for an hour
Take out and let thaw for 5 minutes before cutting into bar shapes
