Holiday Jell-O Shots

Ingredients

  • For 18 shots
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup baileys
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch schnapps
  • 1/4 cup kahlua coffee liquor
  • 1 small package of unflavored gelatin

Instructions

  • mix together baileys, butterscotch schnapps, and coffee liquors in a bowl, set aside
  • Add two cups of water to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil
  • Add in packet of unflavored gelatin after water is to a boil, set to simmer and whisk until gelatin dissolves
  • Turn off heat and mix in the Bailey, butterscotch, and coffee mixture
  • Add 1/4 cup cold water and mix together until well combined
  • Pour into a container with a spout to fill jello shots
  • Fill up 18 plastic shot glasses half full and place in fridge for 3 hours until jello hardens
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkles
  • Enjoy!
