mix together baileys, butterscotch schnapps, and coffee liquors in a bowl, set aside

Add two cups of water to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil

Add in packet of unflavored gelatin after water is to a boil, set to simmer and whisk until gelatin dissolves

Turn off heat and mix in the Bailey, butterscotch, and coffee mixture

Add 1/4 cup cold water and mix together until well combined

Pour into a container with a spout to fill jello shots

Fill up 18 plastic shot glasses half full and place in fridge for 3 hours until jello hardens

Top with whipped cream and sprinkles
