AT HOME GORDITA CRUNCH
Servings 6 Grodita Crunches
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Ground turkey cooked in taco seasoning
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- 1 cup Pico De Gallo
- 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
- 6 Tortillas
- 6 Hard Taco Shells
Instructions
- Add refried beans and cheese to a tortilla and place in oven at 350 for ten minutes
- Add hard shell into oven as well to heat up for remaining 5 mins
- While that is cooking add ground turkey to a pan with taco seasoning and some olive oil, cook until meat is fully cooked and set aside
- After oven layer with hard shell, taco meat, pico, lettuce, and plain Greek yogurt (add it to a bag and cut a corner with scissors, makes it easy for spreading on a taco)
