Gordita Crunch at Home

 

AT HOME GORDITA CRUNCH

Servings 6 Grodita Crunches

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Ground turkey cooked in taco seasoning
  • 1 can Refried Beans
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Pico De Gallo
  • 2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 Tortillas
  • 6 Hard Taco Shells

Instructions

  • Add refried beans and cheese to a tortilla and place in oven at 350 for ten minutes
  • Add hard shell into oven as well to heat up for remaining 5 mins
  • While that is cooking add ground turkey to a pan with taco seasoning and some olive oil, cook until meat is fully cooked and set aside
  • After oven layer with hard shell, taco meat, pico, lettuce, and plain Greek yogurt (add it to a bag and cut a corner with scissors, makes it easy for spreading on a taco)
