Breakfast Sausage Hashbrown Egg Bake

- 8×8 pan
Ingredients
- 4 hashbrown patties
- 1 cup pork sausage
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1/2 cup colbe jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Line the bottom of your 8×8 dish with frozen hashbrown patties
- Cook pork sausage in a seperate pan and add it to the top of the hashbrowns
- Add chopped onion
- Whisk eggs and spices in bowl and pour into dish
- Add cheese, stir
- Cook at 350 for 45-50 minutes
