Breakfast Sausage Hashbrown Egg Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 hashbrown patties
  • 1 cup pork sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup colbe jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Line the bottom of your 8×8 dish with frozen hashbrown patties
  • Cook pork sausage in a seperate pan and add it to the top of the hashbrowns
  • Add chopped onion
  • Whisk eggs and spices in bowl and pour into dish
  • Add cheese, stir
  • Cook at 350 for 45-50 minutes
