Banana Bread
Gluten and Diary Free, made with oat and almond flour!
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat flour oats blended into flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup diary free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine your flours, bakind soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt
- In a seperate bowl combine your remainding ingredeints (execpt the chocolate chips) and whisk together
- Mix until thick batter forms and fold in dairy-free chocolate chips (I use the Trader Joes ones)
- Pour batter into greased bread pan
- Bake at 350℉ for 40-45 minutes
