Holiday Jell-O Shots

Ingredients
- For 18 shots
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup baileys
- 1/4 cup butterscotch schnapps
- 1/4 cup kahlua coffee liquor
- 1 small package of unflavored gelatin
Instructions
- mix together baileys, butterscotch schnapps, and coffee liquors in a bowl, set aside
- Add two cups of water to a medium sized pot and bring to a boil
- Add in packet of unflavored gelatin after water is to a boil, set to simmer and whisk until gelatin dissolves
- Turn off heat and mix in the Bailey, butterscotch, and coffee mixture
- Add 1/4 cup cold water and mix together until well combined
- Pour into a container with a spout to fill jello shots
- Fill up 18 plastic shot glasses half full and place in fridge for 3 hours until jello hardens
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkles
- Enjoy!
