Ingredients
- 1/2 white Onion cut up
- 2 Green Peppers cut up
- 1 cup Chopped Mushrooms can be omitted
- 8 oz pasta of choice choose chickpea pasta for higher fiber and protein
- 1 lb steak cut into small slices
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese use coconut cream for dairy free
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella can be omitted
- 1 tsp tapioca flour or corn starch
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Onion Powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- add steak to a large pan with 1 tbsp olive oil and sauté over medium heat until cooked half way
- Add pasta to boiling water for 8 mins to cook, strain after cooked
- Add in onion, pepper, and mushrooms to half cooked steak
- As that is cooking add in ingredients for sauce until melted and well combined with steak and veggie mixture
- Transfer to a large bowl and add in cooked pasta
- Mix until well combined
- Place into four meal prep containers and enjoy throughout the week!
