White Chicken Chili
Ingredients

cans
white northern beans
3
chicken breasts
cooked and shredded
2
4oz cans
mild chopped green chilis
4
cups
chicken stock
2
medium
yellow onions
chopped
1
tbsp
olive oil
2
tsp
cumin
1/4
tsp
cayenne
1
tsp
oregano
4
garlic cloves
minced
Instructions
Add olive oil and chopped onion and garlic to a large pot and cook over medium heat until onions become translusent
Add spices and cook for three minutes
Add everything else and simmer for 15 minutes
Optional step for extra creaminess (add a half cup of monterey jack cheese and summer with chili)
Serve with corn bread or toppings of choice (I love to add a scoop of plain greek yogurt to the top of mine)
