Sweet Potato Brownies
You will never believe that there are sweet potatoes in these brownies. They are so moist and fluffy!

Ingredients
1/2
cup
almond flour
1
medium
sweet potato
baked and skin removed
1/4
cup
almond butter
2/3
cup
coconut sugar
2
eggs
1/4
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
tsp
baking soda
pinch of sea salt
1/2
cup
dairy free chocoalte chips
for the top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°
Poke holes in your sweet potato and bake in the oven for 60 mins or microwave for 5 minutes
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend together (except for chocolate chips)
Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper and pour in batter
Top with chocolate chips
Bake for 35-40 minutes
Optional- top with sea salt flakes
Allow brownies to fully cool before cutting them
