Spicy Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients

cup
Microwaveable Jasmine Rice
1/4
cup
Shredded carrots
1/4
cup
Cucumber
Topped with Spicy Mayo
combine Mayo 2 tbsp with 1 tsp sriracha and pepper
Cilantro
Sesame Seeds
Avocado

uncooked Shrimp seasoned with:
—-Garlic powder
—-Onion Powder
—-Paprika
—-Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Microwave jasmine rice and add to bowl
Cut up cucumber and add cucumber and shredded carrots to the bowl as well
Season shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper
Sauté in a pan over medium heat with olive oil until no longer grey
Mix together mayo and sriracha
Add shrimp to bowl
Top with spicy mayo, cilantro, avocado, and sesame seeds
