Spicy Shrimp Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Microwaveable Jasmine Rice
  • 1/4 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber
  • Topped with Spicy Mayo combine Mayo 2 tbsp with 1 tsp sriracha and pepper
  • Cilantro
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Avocado
  • 7 uncooked Shrimp seasoned with:
  • —-Garlic powder
  • —-Onion Powder
  • —-Paprika
  • —-Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Microwave jasmine rice and add to bowl
  • Cut up cucumber and add cucumber and shredded carrots to the bowl as well
  • Season shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper
  • Sauté in a pan over medium heat with olive oil until no longer grey
  • Mix together mayo and sriracha
  • Add shrimp to bowl
  • Top with spicy mayo, cilantro, avocado, and sesame seeds
