(I used Barilla)

Arugula

Chopped Asparagus

Zucchini
Chopped

Pesto

Chicken Sausage of Choice

Olive Oil

Salt
Instructions
Boil a pot of water and cook noodles according to package
Chop up zucchini, asparagus, and chicken sausage (don't forget to break the ends of the asparagus before chopping)
Saute asparagus and zucchini in a pan with olive oil and salt over medium heat until cooked evenly
Strain the noddles
Combine noodles and veggie and sausage mixture
Add arugula and mix
Add pesto and mix together
Store in fridge for up to 4 days or serve day of. This would be an easy meal prep too!
