Ingredients
1/2lbturkey sausage or sausage of choice
1Packageshredded cabbage or slaw
1/4cupgreen onionschopped
1Tbsp.coconut aminos
1/2Tbsp.ginger
1/2Tbsp.garlicminced
1/2Tbsp.red pepper flakes
Sriracha Mayo Drizzle
2Tbspsriracha
1/2Cupmayo (any kind)
Instructions
Cook sausage on stove top breaking it up into pieces with your spachula while it cooks.
While that is cooking in a seperate pan cook your cabbage or slaw mix with green onions and add in garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, and red pepper flakes.
Once sausage is fully cooked combine it wiht the cabbage and spice mixture and let it cook together on low heat.
During this time you can cook your rice according to the package. I use microwaveable jasamine rice packets from Trader Joe's and they take 3 minutes in the microwave.
Combine Sriracha and mayo in small dish and stir together.
Add rice and egg roll mixture to a bowl and top with Sriracha mayo.
