Egg Roll Bowl Meal Prep

Bag of coleslaw (can use two small bags if they don’t have the family size at your store)

Trader Joes Microwaveable Rice Packet
(You can use any microwave rice packet of choice or regular rice)
Sesame Seed to top
Instructions
Place olive oil in large pan with garlic and turkey sausage
Break up turkey sausage with spatula as it cooks in the pan over medium heat
Once cooked through add in slaw, carrots, and the rest of the fixings (green onions, red pepper flakes, ginger, and coconut aminos)
Let it simmer covered over medium heat stirring occasionally
Once slaw begins to wilt it is ready
Microwave rice packet and riced cauliflower and combine
Place rice and egg roll mixture into 5 meal prep containers
