Chickpea Pita Meal Prep

Pitas cut in half

English Cucumber

Tzatziki
(divided into 4 containers)
Instructions
Chop up cucumber, tomatoes, artichokes, and red onion
Mix together the ingredients above minus the tatziki and the pitas
Divide micture into 4 containers and serve with pita brea
Keep pita bread out of the containers and store seperatly so it does not get soggy
When eating assemble pitas with tatziki and then fill with chickpea mixture
