Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the flatbread.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread a layer of mayonnaise evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the mayo for an extra burst of flavor.
Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the flatbread.
Crumble the cooked bacon and distribute it over the cheese. Add the cut-up cherry tomatoes, ensuring they are evenly spread across the flatbread.
Bake the flatbread in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the edges of the flatbread are crisp.
Once baked, remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Top the warm flatbread with a generous handful of fresh arugula, allowing the residual heat to lightly wilt the greens.
Slice the half avocado and arrange the avocado slices on top of the arugula.
Slice the BLT flatbread into desired portions and serve immediately.
