Tofu Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- Tofu: pressed seasoned with salt and pepper, and seared in a pan with sesame oil
- Purple cabbage
- Cilantro
- Spring Roll Rice Paper
- Shredded Carrots
- Avocado
- Butter Lettuce
Tahini Dipping Sauce
- Mix together the following
- 1/4 cup warmed peanut butter or tahini
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
Instructions
- Season tofu and cut into long pieces, sear in a pan with sesame oil on each side until browned
- Get spring roll wet and place on table
- Layer roll with tofu, avocado, purple cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and lettuce
- Fold roll up
- Create as many more rolls as you would like repeating the steps above
- Mix together peanut sauce and serve with rolls
