Sheet Pan Meal Prep

Ingredients

  • 2 peppers
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 4 chicken sausages
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 head broccoli
  • Optional: Tuscan kale base
  • Seasonings measure with your heart
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Cumin
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Top with feta

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cut up chicken sausage and veggies
  • Put in a bag and top with olive oil and seasoning, mix together until fully coated
  • Add to a sheet pan and bake for 45 minutes
  • Divide into four meal prep containers. Optional: sauté kale for the bottom of the dish
  • Top with feta and enjoy heated up throughout the week.
