Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast cut into really small pieces
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 3 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Buffalo sauce of choice
  • 1/2 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese

Toppings

  • Blue cheese crumbles
  • Green Onions

Instructions

  • Cut up chicken into small pieces and cook coat with 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Cook in a small pan until cooked through
  • Add to a dish and add in cream cheese, Greek yogurt, Buffalo sauce, and half the cheese and other tbsp of ranch seasoning
  • Microwave for 1 minute
  • Mix together and top with the rest of the cheese
  • Microwave for 1 more minute and top with blue cheese and green onions
