Potsticker Meal Prep
Servings 4 Lunches
Ingredients
- 1 bag chicken potstickers I used Trader Joe’s
- 1 tbsp chili crunch oil
- 2 bags slaw
- 2 cups shredded carrots
Slaw Sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tsp sesame oil can omit if you don’t have it
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- Green onions and Sesame seed to garnish
Instructions
- cook potstickers according to bag but add in 1 tbsp of chili onion crunch for some spice
- Add slaw and carrots to a large sauce pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Mix in slaw seasoning while slaw and carrots cook down
- Add slaw mixture to four meal prep containers
- Fill with 4-5 potstickers each
- Top with green onions and sesame seeds
