Peanut Butter and Jelly Baked Oats

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Old fashioned gluten free or regular Oats
  • Dash of vanilla
  • 1 tbs maple symup
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 8 Raspberries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Jam

    Instructions

    • Blend together base mixture above
    • Add half of it to a sprayed, oven safe bowl
    • Mash up raspberries and add in maple syrup to create jam
    • Add jam to center but save a bit for topping after
    • Top with the rest of the blended mixture
    • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
    • Top with peanut butter and jam and enjoy!
