Maple Sheet Pan Meal Prep

Servings 4 Lunches

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked grain of choice. I used a microwave blend rice to make it easy.
  • 2 kielbasa turkey sausages
  • 3 cups precut butternut squash
  • 3 cups shaved Brussels

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Chop up your turkey sausage and place into a large zip lock bag with butternut squash and Brussels
  • Mix together olive oil, maple syrup, garlic and spices
  • Pour mixture over veggies and shake in bag to evenly coat
  • Place mixture onto pan and place in oven for 20 minutes
  • After 20 minutes stir and bake for another 15 minutes
  • Place in four meal prep containers with grain and enjoy throughout the week!
