Healthier Breakfast Crunch wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 burrito sized tortilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 hashbrown patty
  • 2 Slices turkey bacon cooked
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/4 cup cheese of choice

Instructions

  • Cook eggs in skillet to scramble
  • Lay your tortilla flat and layer the ingredients in the following order
  • Scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, turkey bacon, hashbrown patty, tomato, and avocado
  • Once ingredients are layed in the order above, fold the crunchwrap
  • To fold the crunchwrap, start at the bottom of the flour tortilla and fold the edge up and over the center. Keep doing this all the way around, folding the tortilla up and over the center of the avocado.
  • Place folded side down in a warm pan to seal the wrap shut. Cook for one minute on each side to make the crunchwrap golden brown.
  • Take the crunchwrap off stove and cut in half to enjoy.
