Fall Chicken Salad

This chicken salad is perfect for a quick lunch and can be made and eaten throughout the week. It can be served with things such as a lettuce wrap or with crackers.

Fall Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 cup white onion diced
  • 1/4 cup diced walnuts
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced apple

Instructions

  • Mix together ingredients above in a bowl
  • Measure with your heart for seasonings
  • Serve with lettuce and a wrap
