Candy Cane Caprese

Ingredients

  • 1 Log Fresh Mozzarella thin sliced
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Basil
  • Baguette

Instructions

  • Cut up tomatoes into thin slices
  • Cut Mozzarella Log into thin slices as well
  • Layer tomato and then mozzarella into a candy cane shape
  • Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  • Cut up Baguette into small slices
  • Brush with olive oil
  • Toast in oven at 350 for 10 minutes
