Burrata Tomato Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 Burrata
  • 2 Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

  • Cut up tomatoes
  • Layer in salt and pepper
  • Drain burrata from water and break open on top of tomatoes
  • Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze
  • Enjoy as an appetizer
