Puppy Chow Snowballs
Ingredients
- 3 cups corn Chex crushed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 1/4 cup dairy free dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coating
- -1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Pour chex mix into a bag and mash it into tiny pieces
- Pour into a bowl
- Microwave peanut butter for 30 seconds and pour into cereal mixture
- Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix together
- Form into balls and place in freezer for 15 minutes to firm up
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave at
- 30 second intervals, stir each time until fully melted
- Cover truffles with chocolate
- Place back in freezer for 15 minutes
- Roll balls in powdered sugar and serve
- Store at room temperature
