Burrata Tomato Appetizer
Ingredients
- 1 Burrata
- 2 Heirloom Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Glaze
Instructions
- Cut up tomatoes
- Layer in salt and pepper
- Drain burrata from water and break open on top of tomatoes
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze
- Enjoy as an appetizer
