Cauliflower Gnocchi Meal Prep 4 Ways
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Sausages
- 2 Bags Frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi (If you don't have a trader joes near by use chickpea noodles instead and add them to the mixture fully cooked at the end)
- 1 Head Broccoli
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ⅛ Cup Pesto Sauce
- ⅛ Cup Alfredo Sauce
- ⅛ Cup Marinara Sauce
- ⅛ Cup Romesco Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces and add to a baking dish
- Cut sausage into quarters and add to dish as well
- Add cauliflower gnocchi to dish
- Cover in olive oil and garlic powder. Bake at 425 for30 minutes
- Portion into 4 meal prep containers
- Add sauce of choice to each container and put lid on
- Shake container until mixture is coated with sauce!
- Enjoy different flavors throughout the week
