Zucchini Ground Turkey Meal Prep
Sometimes you have to stick to the basics to create a delisciousbut healthy lunch.
Ingredients

zucchini
chopped

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
sea salt
1
cup
jasmine rice
dry

cups
water
1
lb
ground turkey
2
tbsp
taco seasoning
Instructions
Cut up zuchinni and saute in a medium sauce pan with olive oil and sea salt for 10 minutes
While zuchini is cooking add ground turkey and taco seasoning to a seperate dish and cook over medium heat until cooked through
Place jasmine rice and water in a pot and bring to a simmer
Reduce the heat to low, and let the rice simmer for another 9 to 10 minutes, until all the water has been absorbed
Combine rice, zuchinni, and ground turkey into 4 meal prep containers!
