Instructions
Chicken Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400°
Combine chicken meatball ingredients in a bowl and form into meatball shapes.
Place on baking sheet with tin foil and bake for 25 minutes
Bowl
Cook rice according to package
Coat chopped zucchini with salt
Sauté in a pan over medium heat with some olive oil
Separate into portions or allow people to create their own bowls
Top with teriyaki sauce
