Steak Stir Fry
Ingredients

flank Steak

olive oil

salt & pepper

broccoli
frozen
2
cups
large carrots
peeled and sliced
Stir Fry Sauce
1/4
cup
coconut aminos
1
tbsp
raw honey
1
tbsp
minced garlic
1
tbsp
pickled ginger
1
tsp
chili flakes
1
tsp
sesame seed
Instructions
Stir Fry Sauce
Whisk together sauce ingredients in small bowl and set aside
Stir Fry
Preheat oven to 425°F
Spray broccoli and carrots with avocado oil spray and cook in oven for 45 minutes
Towards the end of the veggies cooking, heat olive oil in pan and cut up steak into small pieces.
Season steak with salt and pepper and cook in pan over medium heat
Once veggies and steak are done cooking combine them into one pan and pour sauce over everything and combine
Optional: serve over quinoa (if not doing whole 30) or carb of choice
