Add pork, spices, pineapples, pineapple juice, and ½ cup bbq sauce to pressure cooker
Be careful not to fill your pressure cooker too high because it will leak when released if filled with liquid. As the meat cooks it produces extra juices
Lock lid into place and pressure cook on high for 35 minutes
Open the steam release valve to quickly release
Shred pork with fork after natural release
Drain juices and add pork to a separate bowl
Cover pork with remaining bbq sauce
Mix together coleslaw mixture in separate bowl
Create sandwiches with Hawaiian rolls, pork, and coleslaw and enjoy!
