Mix together ingredients for the crust and fold until dough is formed
Knead dough and cut into four sections ( if it’s too sticky add in more flour)
Spray the bottom of a glass meal prep container with avocado oil
Place one piece of dough in four different containers and cover the bottom of the glass container with crust (must use glass containers to cook)
Top with marinara or pizza sauce of choice
Add toppings of choice: I added fresh mozzarella, Italian chicken sausage, and basil
Place glass dishes in oven and bake for 25 minutes
Use glass oven safe containers to cook and then you can cook it right in the container. Let container cool and cover with lid, take it to work and enjoy throughout the week.
I reheat in the microwave at work before I eat for about 45 seconds - 1 minute
