Italian Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients

ground turkey

tbsp
dried parsley
2
tsp
onion powder
1
tsp
oregano
1/4
tsp
basil
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
cup
almond flour
Instructions
Mix ingredients together and form into balls.
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in medium frying pan.
Place meatballs in frying pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning often to brown all sides.
Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover with lid. This allows the meatballs to cook more throughout.
Cook for three minutes with the lid on.
Take out and enjoy on top of your favorite pasta or in a meatball sub! I used chickpea pasta and marinara.
