Healthier Tag-A-Long Girl Scout Cookies
Ingredients
Cookie

cup
almond flour
3
tbsp
maple syrup
1½
tbsp
coconut oil
melted
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Peanut Butter Filling
4
tbsp
peanut butter
½
tbsp
maple syrup
½
tbsp
honey
Chocolate topping
1
cup
dark chocolate
1
tsp
coconut oil
Instructions
Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine ingredients listed in the cookie section above
Shape into balls and flatten on baking sheet
Use your thumb to put a dent into the middle of each cookie for the peanut butter filling
Do not put the peanut butter in yet, the cookie needs to be cooked first
Bake for 13-15 minutes
Allow them to completely cool before adding peanut butter filling
Peanut Butter Filling
Combine peanut butter ingredients listed above to create the filling
Add 1 tsp of the peanut butter filling to the center of each cookie
Place in freexer for 15 minutes to cool cookies
Chocolate Coating
After the freezer, melt the chocolate
Combine your chocolate and coconut oil and microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring each time until melted
Cover each cookie in chocolate by placing it in the bowl and using a spoon to cover it
Once coated place cookies back in freezer for 20 minutes
Take out and enjoy!
