Make Your Own Garlic Spread: Blend the following

1/4cupgarlic cloves
Juice of 1 lemon
1tspsalt
1/2cupolive oil
1/4cupwater
Instructions
In a small pot, add the couscous and water. Cook over medium heat until the couscous absorbs the water and becomes fluffy.
While the couscous cooks, heat up the turkey meatballs in the microwave according to the package instructions. Once heated, cut them into small pieces.
Dice the English cucumber and tomatoes. Chop the fresh dill.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked couscous, turkey meatballs, diced tomatoes, cucumber, crumbled feta cheese, and fresh dill.
Add the garlic spread (or homemade garlic blend), olive oil, juice from half a lemon, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined and evenly coated with the dressing.
Divide the Greek couscous mixture into four meal prep containers, ensuring an even distribution of ingredients.
