Instructions
Preheat oven to 425
Combine seasonings and coat chicken thigh evenly
Cook seasoned chicken in oven for 25 minutes
While chicken is cooking gather your other ingredients
Layer them in a bowl with mixed greens on the bottom
Top with cooked jasmine rice (microwave packets are the easiest), pickled onions, halloumi cheese, and cucumbers
When Chicken is cooked add it to top of bowl and add herbed tahini and hummus on top
