Chicken Pesto Panini
Ingredients

slices of sourdough bread
1
tbsp
olive oil
5
mozzarella slices
1/2
tomato
sliced
1/4
cup
pesto
1
chicken breast
cut in half to make a cutlet
Instructions
Brush bread pieces with olive oil and set aside
Cut chicken in half into a cutlet and season with italian seasoning
Place chicken in pan with olive oil and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side
While chicken is cooking add pesto to other side of toast, add tomato slices, and mozzarella
Once chicken is done cooking add it and put sandwich together
Place on one side in a pan and cook for two minutes over medium heat
Take off heat and cut in half to enjoy!
