Homemade Tzatiki

plain greek yogurt

Instructions
Chicken
Cut chicken into small pieces
Season chicken with seasonings and saute in a pan with olive oil until cooked through
Quinoa
Cook accroding to package typically it says to boil 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water for 15 minutes with a covered lid.
Cucumber salad
Combine all ingredeints for the cucumber salad above and mix together
Tzatiki
Combine ingredeints listed above in a bowl for tzatziki dip
Bowls
Combine chicken, quinoa, cucumber salad, and tzatziki sauce in meal prep containers for the week.
