Buffalo Chicken Orzo

chicken tenders

uncooked orzo

cup
chopped celery
1/2

shredded carrots
1/2
cup
Buffalo sauce @primalkitchenfoods
1/4
cup
Greek yogurt ranch or @tobysfamilyfoods
1/2
cup
cherry tomatoes
1/4
cup
Greek onions
Instructions
Cut up chicken tender and sauté in large sauce pan with some olive oil
Add 2 cups water to a medium pot and add orzo
Simmer until cooked
Cut up celery, green onions, and tomatoes
Mix together cooked chicken, orzo, celery, cherry tomatoes, green onions, shredded carrots
Top with Buffalo sauce and ranch
Mix until coated
Divide into four meal preps and enjoy throughout the week.
